FXW Day of Unplugging

The SET Program has organized an FXW Day of Unplugging to run from Wednesday, March 7 starting at 3:15 p.m. through the end of the school day on Thursday, March 8. The goal is to have our school community spend the day connecting and learning without the use of any devices. Technology allows us to do a lot of wonderful things and to make connections that weren’t previously possible; however, by taking a “break” we can see when technology adds value to our lives and when it keeps us from better, real-world experiences.  We hope your family will join in the 24-hour respite from technology as well.  Please read the additional information below to have your family participate and to see what our Unplugged Day will look like for your student during the school day. If you have questions, please contact Sarah Vaughn or Olena Vasilik on the HNC campus and Ashley Jahraus or Lisa Lombard on the OSP campus.
