The Installation of Chicago’s new Archbishop, Bishop Cupich, will take place at Holy Name Cathedral on Tuesday, November 18th. We have been told by the Chicago Police Department that State Street will be closed during the Installation Mass which begins at 2:00 p.m. that afternoon. Due to the events surrounding Bishop Cupich’s installation, we will change our 3:15 dismissal location to Dearborn Street on Tuesday, November 18th and Wednesday, November 19th.

Students who leave campus at 3:15 will walk with faculty and staff and wait to be picked-up on Dearborn between Chicago and Superior. 4th grade will be located near the corner of Dearborn and Superior, 5th & 6th in the middle of the block and 7th/8th near the corner of Dearborn and Chicago.

Students not picked up by 3:30 will be walked back to school and placed in the Extended Day program.
We anticipate that State Street will be reopened in time for pick-up at 4:45 and 5:00 from 1st session of Extended Day and Athletics. Therefore, parents picking up students after 3:30 should plan on doing so at the school.

Thank you in advance for your patience and help in making this adjustment.
