The Frances Xavier Warde School makes every effort to accommodate all children wishing to enroll in its Summer Programs. Please know, however, that the program cannot accept children who are a danger to themselves or to others, nor those who may be disruptive to the point of negatively affecting the summer experience of other campers. Persistent activity of this nature will be grounds for dismissal from the program. Additionally, parents and/or guardians are urged to discuss with our Program Directors any special health-related conditions or needs (e.g. asthma, allergies, etc.) regarding their child prior to registration.
All OSP campers must be potty-trained.
The enrollment limit to OSP Camp Jaguar is 80 students. Please be sure to complete and return the student release form to the front desk at the OSP campus. All registrations will be accepted online.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Full payment is due at the time of registration. Cancellation requests must be received in writing no later than May 31st, 2014, in order to be granted a full refund. Thereafter, beginning June 1:
The FXW Summer Programs reserve the right to cancel any class where insufficient enrollment (generally fewer than 6 students) is the case. Every effort will be made to notify families of any cancellations in advance, as well as to give these families priority in re-selecting an alternative camps or classes. While there is no formal registration deadline, all weekly fees must be PAID IN FULL before the start of each weekly camp.
- Cancellations two weeks prior to the beginning of a weekly course will be refunded at 50%.
- There will be no refunds for cancellations less than two weeks prior to the beginning of any camping session.
- In cases of multi-week sessions, once the camping program has begun, refunds will not be issued.
- Refunds will be issued by the Finance office after July 1st.
Dismissal and Late Pickup
Campers must be picked up promptly by parents or other authorized person listed on the Student Release Form. Students left at FXW beyond their normal dismissal time will be charged a $25 “stay late” fee for each day of late pick-up.
Camp begins promptly at 8:30AM. Students must be supervised by an adult until camp starts. No early care is available.
OSP Campus Lunch/Snacks
Lunch and two snacks will be provided by Organic Life and are included in the cost of all Summer Programs. You can learn more about this lunch program at: www.organiclifeonline.com
HNC Campus Lunch/Snacks
Lunch and snacks will be provided by Organic Life and are included in the cost of some Summer Programs. Lunch served from 11:30am to 12:30pm in the HNC Cafeteria may be added/included with any camp or class for an additional $25 weekly. Field trips are held on Wednesdays. Chaperones may be needed. *No drop-ins are allowed on Wednesdays due to field trips.
