Issues with the Canvas iOS App
An update to the Canvas iOS app was released right before our winter holiday break. We’ve had feedback from some students, teachers, and parents that they are now experiencing issues with the app including course tiles that blink rapidly when the app is initially opened and all courses (including courses from the 2014-2015 school year) appearing either on the dashboard or in the settings list. We have spoken with Canvas and will keep you updated when we have information on these issues. The Tech Office is suggesting to students and parents experiencing issues to uninstall and reinstall the app.
