Hour of Code
To celebrate Computer Science Education Week (December 8-12), all of our students kindergarten through 8th grade are participating in Code.org’s Hour of Code. The Hour of Code program encourages students at all grade levels around the world to try computer science for one hour. Click here to see President Obama’s message on the Hour of Code: http://youtu.be/JDw1ii7aKwg At our HNC campus every grade joined an Hour of Code first thing this morning; at OSP, students are participating at scheduled times throughout this week. Look for pictures from our HOC experience on our FXW Academic Technology blog, and be sure to ask your student(s) about their hour of coding!
